Description / Scope of Work
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) invites bids for provision of non-consultancy services for ISO 9001:2015 certification of drug control administrations across multiple regions. The scope covers certification services for drug control administrations in Islamabad Capital Territory, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. DRAP has reserved funds under fiscal year 2026-27 for this procurement, referenced as P65243, representing a national-level initiative to achieve quality management system certification across all provincial and territorial drug control bodies. The procurement is aimed at enhancing regulatory compliance and operational standards across the drug control administrative network throughout Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 and should possess relevant experience in ISO certification services. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. Bidders are required to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the standard bidding document and meet the evaluation criteria based on least cost selection methodology.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS version 2.0 on or before Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day.
