A port security infrastructure project requiring RCC and chain-link fencing work in Karachi. Scope is moderate—primarily structural and fencing materials with a refundable deposit of Rs. 200,000. Key constraint: bidders must hold PEC Category C-8+ with CE-10 code and FBR/SRB registration. Turnover threshold of Rs. 04 Million minimum suggests mid-sized contractors are the target. This is a one-off capital project for a government authority with stringent documentation and registration requirements.
