Transport of approximately 28.3 million rupees worth of wheat stocks across Hyderabad districts in Sindh. This appears to be a one-off seasonal logistics contract for government wheat movement. Bidders need documented three-year experience in similar high-volume commodity transport, minimum Rs. 30 million turnover, and substantial bid security. The tight submission timeline (20 August 2026) and strict eligibility on experience suggest competition from established transport operators already engaged with Food Department.
Who can bid: Transport contractors with minimum three years experience handling 10,000+ metric tons wheat capacity with government or established organizations. Must have annual turnover of Rs. 30 million (last three years), FBR and SST registration, clean tax record, and no blacklist history. Typically for government transport contracts, bidders also require valid commercial vehicle permits and insurance.
