Laboratory and Blood Bank Items Framework Contract by THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan

THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids for a framework contract to supply laboratory items including kits and chemicals, and blood bank items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is divided into four lots, each with an estimated cost of PKR 1 million: Hematology items, Devices, Miscellaneous items, and Lab Testing Kits for Fully Automatic Chemistry. The total contract value is approximately PKR 4 million. This framework agreement will govern procurement of essential laboratory and blood bank consumables required for the hospital's diagnostic and transfusion services in Rawalpindi, Punjab.

Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, and distributors of laboratory and blood bank equipment. Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR from a scheduled Pakistani bank, issued in the name of the Medical Superintendent. A performance guarantee of 5 percent of the contract value is required upon award. Bidders must provide valid registration documents, National Tax Number certificates, and proof of income tax and general sales tax registration where applicable.

Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual submission is not permitted. The deadline for submission is 15 August 2026 at 9:30 AM, with bids opening at 10:30 AM on the same date at the office of the Medical Superintendent.
