THQ Hospital Jahanian, under the Health & Population Department of Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of medicine and surgical disposable items for LP, Zakat and UHI programmes under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 10 million with a framework duration until 30th June 2027. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk for registered suppliers, manufacturers and trading firms engaged in medical supplies.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must hold a valid professional tax certificate from the Excise & Taxation Department for FY 2026-27. Bidders must also be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Government-owned enterprises may participate only with proper legal authorization. Bidders shall not be blacklisted by any government department or PPRA. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must accompany all electronic submissions, with the original instrument in the form of CDR or Pay Order submitted one day before the bid submission date to the Medical Superintendent's office.
