The University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Building and Works Department invites Single Stage One Envelope bids for the special repair of two hostel blocks (A and B) at Rachna College of Engineering and Technology, Gujranwala, Punjab. The work is estimated at Rs. 3,561,570 and must be completed within two months. This is a maintenance and repair contract open to contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and maintaining active tax payments for the financial year 2025-26. The project is located in Gujranwala and forms part of the university's facility management initiatives across its affiliated institutions.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and possess valid PEC registration. All bidders are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated project cost as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended and updated). Bid security must be deposited in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of UET Lahore. Contractors involved in submitting false information face blacklisting by regulatory bodies including PPRA, FBR, and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule 35.

Contractors must submit completed bids on the online portal on or before 11:00 AM on 18 August 2026. Technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and firm representatives at the Project Director's office, Building and Works Department, UET, Lahore. No amendments to quoted rates are permitted after electronic submission. All PPRA rules 2014 (amended and updated) will be strictly followed throughout the tender process.
