Description / Scope of Work
The University of Home Economics, Lahore invites competitive bids through e-tendering for the upgradation of its main building located in Lahore, Punjab. The project is valued at Rs. 83.332 million with a contract execution period of six months. The scope encompasses comprehensive building upgradation works as detailed in the tender volumes including contract forms, bill of quantities, specifications and architectural drawings. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in C-4 category or above and demonstrate adequate experience in similar construction works. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order made in favor of the Treasurer, University of Home Economics Lahore. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the E-PADS portal with itemwise rates in PDF format on or before 11:00 AM on the closing date. Original bid security documentation must accompany the electronic submission.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office of the Registrar at the University of Home Economics, Gulberg II Main Boulevard, Lahore. Authorized representatives of bidders may attend the bid opening. The University reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
