Five geographically clustered infrastructure projects in Chakwal District ranging Rs.
1–35.2 million: earth filling, street construction (two locations), nullah work, and road construction. Portfolio spans small to large contracts, allowing phased capacity deployment. E-PADS registration mandatory; moderate competition likely given public tender scale. No unusual technical barriers noted, but tight 15-day performance security deposit window post-award demands quick mobilization. Suitable for contractors with Chakwal-Talagang execution experience and banking relationships.
Who can bid: Contractors must be registered on E-PADS for FY 2026-27 under MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 category. Typically requires PEC registration (likely C-1 or higher for civil works), valid NTN, and SECP registration if applicable. Bid security from scheduled banks in Punjab mandatory. No specific restrictions stated beyond standard compliance.
