Description / Scope of Work
Lahore University of Management Sciences invites sealed bids for the procurement and deployment of CCTV surveillance camera systems under Tender No. LUMS/293/2026 dated 23 July 2026. The scope comprises supply and installation of 36 cameras across three categories: six outdoor PTZ AXIS P5655-E cameras, ten outdoor bullet AXIS P1475-LE cameras, and twenty indoor AXIS M3126-LVE cameras. The tender is issued on a single-stage two-envelope basis with delivery on ex-LUMS (DDP) basis in Punjab, with quotations required in Pakistani Rupees. Bidders must submit complete technical and financial proposals; partial bids will not be accepted. All hardware must be new, and vendors must provide educational discounts. Warranty support must cover at least one year of hardware coverage with three to five years of extended warranty documentation, plus permanent license software updates from the OEM or authorized vendor.
Bidders must be authorized distributors or manufacturers and are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 with their bid forms obtained from the Procurement Office. Eligible participants must be based in Lahore to facilitate installation, rapid RMA support, and local servicing. All bidders must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Form or Letter from the Principal addressed to LUMS. Vendors are fully responsible for equipment installation post-delivery and all associated costs. The solution must be officially verified by the Principal, and vendors must perform requirement gathering before submission to mitigate risks from incompatibility with existing systems.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "CONFIDENTIAL" with separate compartments for financial and technical proposals before 03:00 pm on 04 August 2026 to the Manager Procurement at the LUMS office in Sector U, DHA Lahore.
