IT Hardware & Networking Equipment Procurement for HMIS Implementation at PESSI Hospitals

The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of IT hardware and networking equipment required for the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) at PESSI Hospitals Project across Punjab. This tender (ITOPS-04, Reference 103082026-1) covers the supply, installation, and commissioning of various computing devices, servers, networking infrastructure, and related IT equipment to support the healthcare system's digital transformation. The project is centrally managed by PITB from its offices at the Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP), Ferozepur Road, Lahore, with equipment deployment across participating PESSI hospital locations in Punjab.

Bidders must be legally registered entities in Pakistan with relevant experience in IT hardware and networking solutions. Entities must hold valid tax registration (NTN) and submission of audited financial statements demonstrating technical and financial capability is required. A bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or demand draft will be mandated as specified in the bid data sheet.
