Procurement of IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery, and Hardware by Punjab Counter Narcotics Force

Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites e-bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender comprises three main procurement heads: Purchase of IT Equipment (estimated amount PKR 40,000,000), Purchase of Plant and Machinery (estimated amount PKR 42,000,000), and Purchase of Hardware (estimated amount PKR 53,000,000), with a combined estimated value of PKR 135,000,000. The procuring entity is located at 204-A Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore, Punjab.

Bidders must be firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost for each procurement head must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the e-bid submission deadline. The bid security amounts are PKR 2,000,000 for IT Equipment, PKR 2,100,000 for Plant and Machinery, and PKR 2,650,000 for Hardware.

Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements and technical specifications can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement System website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Each item-wise e-bid shall comprise a single package containing technical and financial components inclusive of all taxes. E-bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System by 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on 17-08-2026 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
