Description / Scope of Work
The RLNG Power Plant invites sealed bids for the procurement of comprehensive group health insurance services under IFP No. 37-RLNG-POWER PLANT (Health Insurance Services). The tender covers group health insurance coverage and related administrative services for the organization's workforce across Punjab. This is a service contract for health insurance provision intended to ensure adequate medical coverage and claims management for eligible beneficiaries. The procuring agency seeks a qualified insurance service provider capable of delivering timely claims settlement, comprehensive coverage, and dedicated customer support. The scope includes policy administration, claims processing, helpline services, and compliance with applicable insurance regulations. Bid submission deadline is 19th August 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or relevant regulatory authority, possess current business registration, and hold valid National Tax Number (NTN). Bidders are required to submit evidence of good standing, financial credentials demonstrating capacity to underwrite or administer the proposed coverage, and proof of experience in group health insurance services. A bid security (earnest money) is mandatory as specified in the bid data sheet. All bidders must comply with minimum wage requirements and applicable taxes as per prevailing regulations. Joint ventures may be permitted subject to submission of a partners information form and confirmation of joint and several liability. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid that fails to meet mandatory requirements.
Bidding documents are available from the procuring agency and contain detailed terms of reference, mandatory requirements, scope of services, and bid forms. Bidders should obtain complete documentation before preparation and submission. Clarification requests must be submitted in writing at least seven days before the bid deadline. Bids must be sealed, marked with the IFP reference number, and submitted physically at the designated location on or before 1100 hours on 19th August 2026. Late submissions will be rejected.
