Description / Scope of Work
Karandaaz Pakistan invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and maintenance of one 200 KVA generator unit to be delivered and commissioned at the organisation's office in Islamabad, Federal Province. This is a long-term service contract issued under open competitive procedures in accordance with Karandaaz Pakistan's Procurement Policies and Procedures. The scope encompasses full supply of the generator set, professional installation, and ongoing maintenance services. Reference number RFQ-010 dated 29th July 2026 details the complete technical and operational requirements.
Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Karandaaz Pakistan's procurement framework and be capable of providing the specified equipment and services to the required technical standards. All bidders are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of this RFQ and obtaining independent technical advice where necessary. The organisation reserves the right to disqualify any bid at its sole discretion and to assign the resulting agreement to any authorised entity.
Quotations must be submitted in four hard copies (two technical proposals and two financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes) and electronically via email to procurement@karandaaz.com.pk with subject line "Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of 200 KVA Generator" on or before 6th August 2026. Physical submissions should be addressed to The Procurement Department, 1-E Ali Plaza, D Chowk, Mezzanine Floor, Nazimuddin Road, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan. Financial proposals must be password-protected; the password will be requested at financial opening. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable quotation.
