Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP All-in-One Printer Procurement by Bahria University

Bahria University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP all-in-one printer units under FY 2026-27 reserved funds. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) platform using a Single Stage-Two Envelope Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory, Federal Province. Bidders must obtain the complete e-bidding documents from the ePADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/77809 and must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.

All eligible bidders are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
