Procurement of Tools by SNGPL Multan Transmission Distribution Office

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tools under tender reference MNT/TE/037/2026 (P78520) as part of its planned procurement for fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted on a national basis using a single stage-one envelope methodology with least cost based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement office is located at SNGPL Stores Department, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan City, Punjab.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Eligible bidders meeting the prescribed criteria as outlined in the bidding documents may submit their proposals. The evaluation will be conducted using a least cost based selection approach.

Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bids opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
