The Embassy of Pakistan in Belgrade is inviting sealed quotations for comprehensive repair and renovation work in the fire-damaged section of the embassy building located at 62 Bulevar in Belgrade. The scope encompasses structural repairs, interior renovation, electrical upgrades, and finishing works across two rooms and one bathroom, with detailed specifications for scaffolding, debris removal, wall repairs, plasterboard installation, door and window replacement, flooring, painting, and electrical system inspection and replacement of damaged components. The project includes facade dismantling in crack zones, masonry repairs with plaster application, installation of new MDF doors and wooden double-leaf windows with thermal glazing, new oak parquet flooring, and comprehensive interior and exterior painting with water-washable paints resistant to wet wiping.
Eligibility criteria require that bidding firms must be registered with the Serbian tax department and submit proof of registration and qualifications. Bids must be structured in two distinct parts: a technical offer containing company credentials, proof of qualifications, proposed methodology and timeline; and a financial offer with completed price schedules and bill of quantities. Bidders must submit a refundable security deposit of 2% of the bid value as a pay order in the name of the Embassy of Pakistan, Belgrade. The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in full or in part.
Prices must be quoted in Serbian Dinar (RSD) or EUR with exchange rate specification, exclusive of VAT but with VAT percentage explicitly stated. Bids must remain valid for a minimum of 15 days from the submission deadline. Sealed bids clearly marked "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid" must be submitted to the Head of Chancery at the embassy address from 5 August 2026 to 20 August 2026 until 11:30 hours. Tender opening will occur on Thursday 20 August 2026 at 12:30 hours in the main hall of the Embassy.
