Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites sealed bids for repair and maintenance works of the Gents and Kids Swimming Pool at DAC&GCC in Karachi, Sindh Province. This is a single-stage one-envelope procurement open to PDOHA Karachi enlisted and eligible contractors and firms with valid PEC registration for the year 2026. The project scope encompasses all repair and maintenance activities required to restore and maintain both the gents and kids swimming pool facilities to operational standards.
Bidders must be PEC-registered contractors or firms eligible to undertake maintenance and repair works. Sealed bids on single-stage one-envelope procedure are invited from entities meeting PDOHA Karachi's pre-qualification criteria. All bidders must possess valid PEC registration certificates for 2026 and submit bids in compliance with the published terms and conditions. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids under the provisions of applicable rules and regulations governing public procurement in Pakistan.
Bid documents are available from the Maintenance Department (Maint Dte) from 8 August 2026 to 10 August 2026 upon production of valid PEC Registration Certificate. Bidders must submit financial bids in one original and one copy to the Maintenance Department on or before 1100 hours on 11 August 2026. Bid opening will occur at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
