For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a small-scale municipal tiling project worth approximately PKR 1.73 million, likely a short-duration contract for street-level work. Bidders must hold PEC registration and current tax compliance certificates. The tight bid-to-open window (30 minutes) and mandatory e-PADS submission create execution risks for first-time e-procurement users. The project appears to be a one-off infrastructure improvement rather than a recurring maintenance contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant construction categories and hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. Typically, contractors undertaking municipal tiling work must also possess certificates of good standing from their registration authorities and demonstrate prior experience with similar works.
