Procurement of dietary items by Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Jand, Attock

Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Jand, Attock in Attock district, Punjab is procuring a comprehensive range of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises 13 lots covering wheat products, pulses, rice, sugar, cooking oil, loose spices and packed items, bakery items, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef or veal, fresh milk, and vegetables and fruits. The total estimated tender value is approximately Rs 80.8 million. Items will be delivered and offloaded at both the boys and girls school store-rooms. This is an ongoing framework contract to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for boarding students, with quality and food safety taking precedence over price considerations.

Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as required under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of 1% of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of a bank instrument (CDR/DD/PO) with Bank of Punjab, verifiable through the e-Procurement Portal Punjab. Bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement Punjab portal; participation through this platform is compulsory. All bids should be inclusive of taxes, duties, charges, packing, freight, loading and unloading costs.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Saturday, 15 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Daanish School (Boys) Jand, Attock.
