For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

POF is seeking pre-qualified contractors for ten separate Rs. 1 million term contracts covering maintenance and repairs at its Wah Cantt weapons factory complex. Works span washroom uplifting, roof repairs across two zones, periodical shop and office services, and floor facility maintenance. Significant compliance burden applies—PEC registration, non-blacklisting affidavit, tax certificates, and detailed experience records with specimen progress documentation are mandatory. Past performance and capability assessment will be weighted heavily in selection. This represents recurring maintenance work suitable for established construction or facilities management firms.

Who can bid: Applicants must hold current Pakistan Engineer Council registration in their relevant discipline. Non-blacklisting affidavit and income tax/professional tax payment certificates are mandatory. Experience record with current work progress documentation (Annexes A and B) required. Failure to provide any required documentation results in disqualification. Typically, firms should have minimum three years of verifiable construction or facilities maintenance experience.
