Water Proofing Work at Mechanical and Industrial Manufacturing Laboratory by NEDUET

NED University of Engineering & Technology invites sealed bids for water proofing work at the Mechanical and Industrial & Manufacturing Laboratory located at the main campus in Karachi, Sindh. The estimated project cost is Rs 4.856 million with a completion period of 2 months. This civil works tender is being floated under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the EPADS e-procurement platform. The project involves comprehensive waterproofing solutions to protect the laboratory infrastructure from moisture ingress and water damage, ensuring structural integrity and operational safety of the facility.

Eligible bidders must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in waterproofing and similar civil works. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) as applicable, with valid PEC registration if required. The average turnover for the last three years should not be less than Rs 4 million per year as per FBR online annual returns. Bidders are required to provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and freedom from corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices. A fixed bid security of Rs 0.200 million must be furnished in the mode specified under SPPRA Rule 37(2) in favor of the Director Finance.

Bids must be submitted online through EPADS only; manual submissions will not be considered. The submission deadline is 25 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
