Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is seeking qualified consultancy services for technical support related to gemstone exploration, resource estimation, gemstone evaluation and preliminary economic assessment (PEA) of the Hunza Ruby Project located in Ahmedabad, Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the project. The consultancy services encompass comprehensive technical evaluation and economic viability studies for ruby mining operations in the specified region. The project reference number is P81103 and procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform.
