For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is an educational admissions notice rather than a procurement tender. Kinnaird College for Women is recruiting students for intermediate-level programs (FSc and FA) in Lahore. Merit-based selection requires 65–70 percent marks at Matriculation level depending on stream. The tight August 2026 timeline compresses application, merit announcement, interviews, and enrollment within three weeks. This is a recurring annual intake, not a one-off procurement. No relevant analysis for construction or service contractors.
Who can bid: Student applicants must hold Matriculation with 65–70 percent marks (depending on stream) or O Levels with eight subjects including core subjects. This is an educational admissions process, not a contractor procurement, so standard PEC, SECP, or NTN registration does not apply. Candidates are evaluated on academic merit and interview performance.
