ERP Software Services for Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (3-year contract)

Pakistan Medical & Dental Council invites electronic bids for the provision of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software services through a Single Stage-Two Envelopes procurement process. The contract period is three years, with the service to be delivered at PM&DC Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Province. This is a significant IT infrastructure investment for the Council, established under the PM&DC Act 2022, to modernize and integrate its administrative and operational systems.

All interested and eligible bidders are required to submit proposals through the EPADS Portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of Rs.500,000 in the form of a pay order, demand draft, call deposit, or banker's cheque payable to Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. The original bid security must be physically received at PM&DC G-10/4, Islamabad on or before 10:30 am on the closing date of 21st August 2026.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at PM&DC Mauve Area G-10/4, Islamabad on 12th August 2026 at 10:00 am. Electronic bid documents are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 10:30 am on 21st August 2026; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am.
