For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ICMA seeks vendors for three integrated education management systems (campus, learning, and examination management) to be deployed nationally across nine campuses. This appears to be a substantial technology implementation requiring integration across multiple geographic locations. The two-stage PPRA bidding process and virtual pre-bid meeting suggest institutional procurement formality. Bidders can participate for individual systems or the complete suite. The August 31, 2026 deadline provides moderate lead time for proposal preparation.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify explicit eligibility criteria, registration categories, or bidder qualifications. Typically, vendors of education management systems must be registered with SECP (if a company) and maintain valid NTN. Prior experience in similar institutional deployments is typically expected though not stated here.
