For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Sangfor HCI support services renewal for an established university client seeking uninterrupted 24x7 technical coverage. This is a recurring annual contract with a straightforward scope but tight submission timeline. The requirement for PPRA registration and E-PADS capability may exclude smaller operators; the Rs. 5,000 processing fee is modest. Winning the renewal suggests an incumbent advantage, making competition likely limited to existing or directly authorised service providers.
Who can bid: Bidders must be OEM or authorised Sangfor suppliers registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on E-PADS. Typically, such contracts also require valid NTN and tax registration; specific eligibility criteria should be confirmed in the full tender document on E-PADS.
