Description / Scope of Work
The Airports Security Force (ASF) at Quetta Airport is procuring furniture and fixtures for the fiscal year 2026-27 under procurement reference P75802. This is a national-level goods procurement advertised through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The procurement covers the supply and delivery of furniture and fixture items as detailed in the bidding documents. The contract will be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with eligible bidders required to register on the EPADS platform to access full specifications and participate in the bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope method using Quality Based Selection (QBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority. All bidders must comply with the general and special conditions of contract, integrity pact requirements, and performance guarantee provisions outlined in the bidding documents.

Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
