Civil Works Package No. 03 Construction near Chashma by Public Sector Organization

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified, unlisted and security-wise cleared civil works contractors for construction of Work Package No. 03 at a site near Chashma, Federal Province. The estimated contract cost is Rs. 130.72 Million with a tender fee of Rs. 5,000. This re-tender notice follows an earlier competitive bidding process and is open to eligible civil works contractors meeting the organization's qualification and security clearance requirements.

Prospective bidders must be pre-qualified and possess valid security clearance as specified by the organization. A fixed bid security of Rs. 2.5 Million is required in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, with a minimum six-month validity from the bid opening date. All tender documents must be submitted with two copies of the Bill of Quantities (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed and stamped. Bids must be written in figures and words in separate columns; rates quoted in words shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

Tender documents can be obtained during working hours (0900 to 1600 hours) from Monday to Friday from the undersigned office in Islamabad. Documents will be issued one day before the opening date. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20-08-2026 at 1000 hours, tender submission closes on 27-08-2026 at 1030 hours, and bids will open on 27-08-2026 at 1100 hours.
