Pakistan Navy Educational Trust (PNET), located at 9 Liaquat Barracks, Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the renovation and upgradation of libraries at Bachelor Colleges and Basic Schools and Colleges (BCs/BSNSs) under its purview. The tender solicits comprehensive proposals for library infrastructure improvements including construction, supply, installation and completion of work within 30 days of receiving the work order. Bidders may submit bids for selective items from the list but must quote for complete quantities of each selected item with rates inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation and charges. The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% and to award further orders within one year at quoted prices.
