Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Medical Construction Company-JMC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment, accessories, LEDs, screens, fans, printers and scanners under tender reference P68936. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and covers goods required for the organization's operational needs across Federal territory. This is a national level procurement conducted through a single stage-one envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be properly registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this procurement. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, demand draft or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should possess relevant registration and licenses as per procurement requirements and demonstrate their capability to supply the specified IT equipment and related goods.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/68936. Interested bidders must submit their e-bids through the EPADS platform on or before Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS system.
