For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NUST is procuring IT equipment for its Planning & Learning Programs department through open e-procurement. This appears to be an institutional upgrade or expansion of IT infrastructure at the H-12 campus. The Single Stage procedure suggests straightforward technical specifications with no preliminary qualification round. Bidders must navigate E-PADS submission and bear a Rs. 5,000 processing fee. The August 2026 deadline is notable; verify whether this date is current or historical before committing resources.
Who can bid: Bidders must be OEM or authorized suppliers registered with PPRA for e-procurement on E-PADS. The notice does not specify NTN, SECP, or PEC requirements; typically IT equipment suppliers are expected to hold valid NTN and business registration with relevant authorities.
