Desktop Computer Systems Procurement by Women University Mardan

Women University Mardan, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites sealed bids from qualified and reputable firms for the procurement of 25 desktop computer systems. The bidding process is being conducted entirely through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement Advertising and Dispatching System) platform. Interested bidders must access the bidding documents through the KP eProcure portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ and submit their electronic bids on or before August 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. All bids submitted through alternative channels will not be accepted, and the University reserves the right to modify quantities as required.

Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan. A mandatory bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value, in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer of Women University Mardan, must be attached with the financial proposal. Tender documents must be submitted in a specified order: University tender document first, followed by mandatory documents in sequential order, and any other supporting documents thereafter. Site visits are encouraged to ensure compliance with requirements, and clarifications can be sought from the Procurement Officer.

The technical bid opening is scheduled for August 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the Procurement Office at East Canal Road, Mardan. Financial bids will be opened following completion of the technical evaluation process. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA and PPRA rules.
