Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs), Office of the Superintendent located in Islamabad Capital Territory, has reserved funds for the procurement of Cost of Other Stores (goods) planned for the fiscal year 2026-27. This national-level procurement, with reference number P81127, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods as detailed in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope process with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant procurement guidelines issued by the authority.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows national competitive bidding procedures and is open to eligible vendors meeting the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 24, 2026 at 03:30 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 04:00 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
