Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) invites sealed bids for the procurement of reinforcement steel under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2178244 (P74923) planned for FY 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions for the supply of reinforcement steel required by SSGC, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Sindh.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders meeting the criteria outlined in the procurement documents are invited to submit their proposals.
Bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/74923. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Manual bid submission is not accepted.
