Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites bids for the supply of 132KV SPA poles and templates under tender reference PMU-23/2026-27. This is a goods procurement exercise conducted on a national basis using a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process. The procurement is managed by the Manager Procurement (PMU) at the office of the Chief Engineer (Development) located on Khanewal Road, Multan, Punjab. The scope includes the manufacture and supply of poles and templates meeting 132 kilovolt specifications for power transmission infrastructure development within MEPCO's operational territory.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including financial capacity, past experience in similar procurements, and requisite registrations with relevant authorities. Bid security is required at levels defined in the bid data sheet. Bidders are expected to demonstrate technical capability through documentation of past experience and completed contracts of comparable value and specification.
