The Provincial Buildings Division, Shaheed Benazirabad, is inviting sealed bids for the establishment of an orthopedic ward at THQ Hospital Moro in District Naushahro Feroze, Sindh. The estimated project cost is Rs. 44.239 million with a completion period of 18 months. This single-stage, two-envelope procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (amended to date) and is open to eligible contractors, companies, and firms with relevant experience and appropriate professional credentials. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable as a pay order in favour of the Executive Engineer.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 24 August 2026 at 09:15 AM, with original tender fees, bid security, and e-stamped affidavits submitted in sealed cover by hand at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division, Shaheed Benazirabad (address: Highways Colony Nawabshah). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 09:45 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
