Obtaining Tender Specifications: Detailed required item lists can be obtained by submitting an application along with copies of NTN and GST Registration Certificates and a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 10,000/- for each list separately, drawn in favor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, within 15 days of ad publication.
