Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 150 KVAR Power Factor Improvement panel at PSO EJHD, Karachi Aviation Station in Sindh province. The scope encompasses supply of one floor-mounted indoor-type automatic PFI panel with a powder-coated 14 SWG sheet steel enclosure, including incoming switchgear (400A TP MCCB, 12-stage PFI relay, current transformers, exhaust fans, filters and thermostats), five capacitor units totaling 150 KVAR, magnetic contactors, HRC fuses, indication lights and push buttons. The panel manufacturer must provide all necessary supporting switchgear, wiring terminals and busbar capacity, with space allocation, segregation and labeling completed during fabrication. Bidders must submit shop drawings, single line diagrams and component lists prior to fabrication for PSO approval. The contractor shall ensure that only capacitor units will be procured and added after delivery; all other provisions must be pre-installed in the panel. Bidders are required to provide best pricing for all items listed, including 30 metres of 2-inch GI conduit, 40 metres of 3.5-core 95 sq.mm cable, installation labour, a rubber safety mat, cable tray, and complete commissioning with functional testing to ensure stable power factor performance.
