Description / Scope of Work
The Workers Welfare Fund, under the Ministry of OP&HRD, is inviting proposals for comprehensive engineering consultancy services for the WWF Labour Complex in Gujrat, Federal. The scope of work encompasses master planning, infrastructure and building design, procurement of works supervision, and detailed construction supervision of all infrastructure and building works at the complex. This is a single-stage, two-envelope national procurement process issued by the Assistant Director (Technical-I) based in Islamabad. The consultancy assignment requires expertise in large-scale infrastructure planning and design, with responsibility for guiding the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization through construction completion.
