Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is procuring non-consultancy services for loading and transportation of rock salt from Makrach Mine No. 63 at PMDC Salt Mines, Makrach. This tender, issued under FY 2026-27 reserved funds with reference P82810, covers carriage services for extracted mineral resources. The work is based at the Makrach salt mining facility, a significant operational site within PMDC's federal mineral extraction portfolio in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform. All bids require bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant authority instructions.
