For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
HIT is establishing a 3-year paint supply framework through prequalification—not a one-off purchase.
This is a gating mechanism; winning prequalification opens access to future call-off orders of unspecified volume. The recurring nature and government buyer stability suggest reliable demand, but actual order quantities and pricing remain undefined until framework agreements are signed. Suitable for paint manufacturers or distributors with documented supply capacity; timing pressure is moderate (6 months to close).
Who can bid: National suppliers only. Specific criteria in Section III of prequalification documents (not published in this notice). Typically requires NTN/Sales Tax registration, SECP incorporation if a company, and proof of paint manufacturing or trading experience. Financial stability and technical capacity assessment will apply.
