This is an urgent ordinance stores tender from the Pakistani military covering paint finishing products and allied items for FY 2025/26 delivery through June 2027.
Only manufacturer firms with IAS&C or ASID clearance may bid; trading firms are barred. Mandatory laboratory testing, samples with quotations, and DGP specification compliance are strict requirements. Five percent bid security and final, all-inclusive pricing with no post-submission revision are key conditions. The tight 31 August 2026 submission deadline and extensive compliance requirements suggest a moderately scaled, recurring defence procurement with high barriers to entry.
Who can bid: Only manufacturer firms cleared by IAS&C or ASID are eligible; trading firms excluded. Bidders must possess valid NTN, CNIC, firm registration, and letter and IT certificate numbers. Typically, ordinance supply contracts require clearance from Defence ministry or relevant cantonment authorities and adherence to Army specifications. Samples must accompany quotations; firms not providing samples are ineligible.
