Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of 1,420 liters of Paint Intersmooth 7460HS SPC Black (Pattern No. 8010-79-514-0921, Part No. BEA741) in compliance with War Paint Issue 56 specification. The paint is to be supplied in 20-liter containers as partial supply across two equal batches: the first batch 4 months after contract execution and the second batch 8 months after delivery of the first consignment. The tender is issued by the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad, Federal Province, with a closing date of 16 September 2026.
Bidders must be registered suppliers capable of providing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) certificates of conformity from M/s International Paint Ltd. The tender requires submission of a firm warranty on form DPL-15, technical compliance documentation (DP-1 and DP-3 forms), earnest money deposit, and tax filing proof. OEM authorization letters and principal invoices (muted, without price) are required where applicable. DGDP registration is an advantage. All offers must be submitted in three sealed envelopes containing technical offer in duplicate, earnest money, and commercial offer separately.
