Description / Scope of Work
The Assistant Director GBDMA Ghanche invites sealed tenders from registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors for the procurement of repair services for heavy machinery and light vehicles, and other embankment works for the financial year 2026-27. Two procurement items are being tendered: repair of transport (heavy machinery and light vehicle) with call deposit of PKR 120,000, and others embankment works with call deposit of PKR 15,000. The tender is issued for the Ghanche region of Gilgit-Baltistan, with bids to be submitted before the specified closing dates and times. Sealed tenders may be submitted to the undersigned before the closing date, which will be opened by the committee on the mentioned date and time in presence of contractors, suppliers or their authorized representatives at the AD GBDMA office in Ghanche.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be registered firms, dealers, suppliers or contractors with a complete setup, workshop, own shop and store in Ghanche with all documentary evidences. Bidders must provide adequate supply and stock in Ghanche and are bound to supply demanded items at the same rates. Required documents include bank statement for the last one year, five years experience in the relevant field, firm registration certificate, CNIC of the owner, firm letterpad with address, vendor number and telephone, all duly attested with technical bidding documents. Bid security or call deposit must be submitted in the form of a bank draft from a schedule bank in the name of AD GBDMA Ghanche attached with technical documents. Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tender documents will not be accepted.
Bidding documents containing detailed lists and instructions may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director after display of this notice on the GB PPRA website during office hours. Tender rates must be submitted in computerized print form with soft copies also provided to the GBDMA office; handwritten tender rates lists are not acceptable. Separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals must be submitted before the closing date. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per GB PPRA guidelines and Rule-36 of 2022.
