Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Minister's Inspection Team Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors, suppliers and well-reputed firms registered with the Income Tax Department for the repair of transport vehicles. This tender is issued under reference NO. CMIT-01(5)CMIT/2025-26 dated 10th August 2026 and covers the repair and maintenance of vehicles operated by the organisation. The scope encompasses comprehensive vehicle repair services with rates effective until 30th June 2027, ensuring continuity of transport fleet maintenance throughout the financial year.
Eligible bidders must be authorised distributors or suppliers registered with the Income Tax Department and must furnish earnest money at five percent of the quoted amount in the form of a demand draft or pay order from any scheduled bank. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 50 is required confirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government Organization or PPRA. Contractors must possess their own shop or workshop to participate. Tenders with incomplete supporting documents will not be accepted and furnishing of incorrect information shall be liable to legal action.
Tender documents containing detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Sealed tender documents must reach the office on or before 27th August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. In case of public holiday, the date will be shifted to the next working day. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel the bid or accept or reject tenders according to PPRA Rule-33(1).
