Description / Scope of Work
District Council Lodhran invites sealed electronic bids for maintenance and rehabilitation schemes under its 2026-27 financial year programme. Three contracts are on offer with a combined estimated value of PKR 10.80 million: repair and improvement of soling and resoling works at Kho Abdul Ghafar wala Basti Qabolay wala in Lodhran Tehsil (PKR 3.50 million); repair and improvement of tuff tile, sullage carrier and sewer infrastructure at Chah Amb wala Gailywal in Lodhran Tehsil (PKR 1.95 million); and rehabilitation and improvement of tuff tile, sullage carrier and RCC culvert at Basti Abdul Jabbar wali under Bhutaji Union Council (PKR 5.35 million). All works fall under maintenance and rehabilitation schemes managed by District Council Lodhran, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies engaged in trading and currently registered with relevant registration authorities including the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and Punjab Sales Tax authority. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent of the estimated cost for each scheme, payable through 1Link in the name of District Council Lodhran. The bidding shall be conducted under single-stage single-envelope procedures in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and open to all eligible contractors whose names are enrolled or renewed with PEC for the current financial year.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 27 August 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 2:30 PM in the Procurement Office (I&S) Branch at Kahror Pacca Road, Muhammad Siddique Khan Kanju Hall, Lodhran. Bidding documents are available for download from the E-Procurement portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ without fee.
