Description / Scope of Work
FIEDMC, Faisalabad invites prequalification applications from interested contractors for an open framework agreement to perform Maintenance & Repair Works at the Faisalabad Industrial Estate. This is a recurring framework procurement (Procurement No. FIC-060) designed to establish a pool of prequalified contractors for undertaking maintenance and repair services on an ongoing basis through subsequent call-off orders. The framework agreement will enable FIEDMC to efficiently manage industrial estate infrastructure by placing work orders with prequalified vendors as maintenance requirements arise. Prequalified contractors may be invited to bid for specific work packages or directly sign open framework agreements depending on the procurement structure adopted.
Eligible applicants must demonstrate technical capacity, financial capability, and relevant experience in performing maintenance and repair works. Contractors should possess valid business registration, tax identification numbers (NTN), and compliance with Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules 2014. Experience with industrial infrastructure maintenance, qualified workforce, and equipment availability are typically required.
