Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore invites bids for the rehabilitation of Nishter Sludge Carrier Drain in the Drainage Sub Division of Nishter Town, Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, single-envelope tender with an approved estimated cost of Rs. 1,009,550. The project is located in Nishter Town, Lahore, and aims to restore functionality and structural integrity of the sludge carrier drainage infrastructure serving the municipal sanitation system. The work scope includes rehabilitation and remedial measures to ensure proper drainage operations within the Nishter Town division.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System as per Government of Punjab directions and must comply with current PPRA Rules. An earnest money deposit of 2 percent (Rs. 20,191) is required, which must be submitted as digital bid security verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of payment release as prescribed by the Government of Punjab. The bid must be submitted electronically with no cutting, amendments, telephonic submissions, or conditional terms permitted.
Bid documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must obtain documents and submit bids electronically by 24 August 2026 at 12:00 PM through the same portal. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the XEN (O&M-I) Nishter Town in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their representatives.
