Municipal Committee Khanpur invites electronic bids for the replacement and rehabilitation of sewer lines within the Municipal Committee area of Khanpur, Punjab. The project has an estimated cost of PKR 49,50,000 and is being procured under the Punjab E-Procurement System as per single stage single envelope procedures. Bidders must be registered firms or companies engaged in trading and duly registered with relevant authorities including PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license, Income Tax, and Sales Tax departments. A bid security of PKR 2,47,500 (5 percent of estimated cost) is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made payable to Municipal Committee Khanpur. All bidders must hold valid PEC licenses, CNIC, PRA registration, STRN, and NTN as applicable. Contractors must also submit proof of professional tax submission for the previous year to be eligible for participation in the tendering process.
Electronic bids must be submitted online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 27 August 2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 02:00 PM.
