Bank of AJK seeks comprehensive motor insurance for its vehicle fleet for 2026-27. This is a recurring annual insurance contract, likely covering multiple vehicles across provincial operations. Bidders must be rated 'A' firms with current tax compliance and clear blacklist status. The Rs 150,000 bid security and Rs 2,000 document fee indicate moderate contract value. Pre-bid meeting on 3 August suggests technical complexity; submission deadline is 11 August.
Who can bid: Only registered income tax and sales tax firms rated 'A' or higher are eligible. Bidders must hold valid NTN credentials, appear on FBR/CBR Active Taxpayer Lists, possess relevant tax certificates, and furnish an affidavit confirming non-blacklist status and absence of government conflict in AJK or Pakistan.
